Central Star Pilates is an independently-owned, Gratz-equipped, Traditional Pilates Studio located inside The Mill @ Historic Lebanon.

We offer customized Private Pilates Sessions, innovative Semi-Private Sessions, and small Group Equipment & Mat Classes. All sessions and classes are taught by a Certified Instructor on Custom Gratz Reformers, Towers, Chairs, Barrels, and other apparatus.
