A graduate of Indiana University Bloomington\, he built a career in corporate communications and marketing before launching Fishhook\, a Christ-centered agency that helped hundreds of churches across dozens of denominations strengthen their communications and outreach. \nAfter stepping away from Fishhook\, Evan served as Creative Pastor at Connect Church (Mt. Juliet) and later as VP of Marketing for Aspen Group\, a church facilities design/build firm. In 2022\, he and his wife\, Debbie\, co-founded Teamness\, a 501(c)(3) ministry offering all-expenses-paid getaways to pastor couples for rest and renewal. Teamness now hosts pastor couples at five locations — in Middle Tennessee\, the Ozark Mountains of Missouri\, and Southwest Montana — with a 100 Net Promoter Score and 95% of guests reporting they leave feeling strengthened and encouraged. \nEvan and Debbie live on a hobby farm in Wilson County with goats\, chickens\, and a donkey. DESCRIPTION:Join us for a ribbon cutting celebration at Dillon Pointe\, a new single-family home community built by our Chamber member\, Lennar Homes. Founded in 1954\, Lennar is a nationally recognized homebuilder known for creating quality homes and vibrant communities through innovative floorplans\, modern features\, and thoughtfully selected locations designed for today’s homebuyers. Dillon Pointe is located in Lebanon and features thoughtfully designed homes along with a community playground. \nJoin Lennar for an Open House on March 31 from 2–4 PM as we celebrate the grand opening of the community and the debut of the Primrose model home. The Ribbon Cutting will be conducted at 4PM.  Guests are invited to tour the model\, enjoy light refreshments\, meet the Lennar team\, and create a custom bouquet at the flower bar. \nWe look forward to officially introducing Dillon Pointe to the community and appreciate the Chamber’s support as we celebrate this exciting new development. \nRibbon Cuttings are sponsored by Wellworth Bank
