DESCRIPTION:Want some new ideas for your holiday gifts this year?\nThis month’s speaker  & fellow Ambassador will put your mind in a whole other orbit for meaningful personal and corporate gifts and demonstrate the surprising power of something made by hand.\n\n\n\nPat (Patricia) Matranga\nArtist • Designer • Maker\nFor more than 34 years\, Pat Matranga has designed and created one-of-a-kind speaker gifts\, sculptural awards\, corporate gifts\, university ceremonial maces\, and commemorative works for a wide range of events designed to make the recipients feel genuinely appreciated.\n\nWorking from her studio in Lebanon\, Tennessee\, Pat collaborates with universities\, corporations\, organizations\, and individuals to create meaningful\, personalized pieces that celebrate achievement\, express appreciation\, and commemorate important milestones.\n\nHer work has included creating the annual Champions for Global Change Awards presented by the United Nations\, as well as commissions for universities\, corporations\, and prominent organizations.\n\nPat‘s work has been featured on HGTV\, regional television programs\, Southern Living\, and American Woodturner\, the journal of the American Association of Woodturners. Her work has also been exhibited in a solo exhibition at The Parthenon in Nashville.\n\nAs an educator\, Pat has been a featured demonstrator at national and regional woodturning symposia and clubs throughout the country. From birthday parties and weddings to corporate events\, festivals\, fairs\, bachelor and bachelorette parties\, Tomahawkin has found a way to bring people together for a little friendly competition and a whole lot of fun. \nAnd they haven’t stopped growing! They’ve recently added Little Axers\, giving children ages 11 and under a chance to join in on the excitement with an axe-throwing experience designed especially for them. \nOne of the things that makes Tomahawkin so special is that they bring the experience to you. Their mobile axe-throwing trailer has become a familiar sight at events throughout our community\, and they have built their business around creating a fun and memorable experience for their customers. \nThis isn’t just about celebrating a business anniversary.
