A graduate of Middle Tennessee Christian School\, Perry remains closely connected to the region\, with his family currently residing in Wilson County. \nKnown for his versatility\, Perry has made a strong impact for the Volunteers at both right tackle and right guard. Following a breakout 2025 season\, he earned Freshman All-America honors\, establishing himself as a rising force on the offensive line. \nSince arriving on Rocky Top in January 2024\, Perry has transformed his physique\, adding more than 50 pounds to his frame while continuing to develop his strength and technique. DESCRIPTION:The parade route will begin at 7:00 PM at City Hall\, 200 N Castle Heights Ave\, travel West Main Street and conclude at the Wilson County Court House\, 228 East Main Street.   \nAny individual\, organization\, group\, business\, or other entity wishing to participate in the parade must submit an application. All applications will be reviewed by the City of Lebanon and the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Participants will receive written confirmation from the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce upon approval.  \nThe City of Lebanon and the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce will evaluate every parade entry. Upon acceptance\, all participants must agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the City and Chamber. DESCRIPTION:The 26th annual Dr. Cary Harbrecht Memorial Chamber Summer Scramble will be held Monday\, September 14th\, 2026\, at Five Oaks Golf & Country Club\, located at 621 Five Oaks Blvd\, Lebanon\, TN 37087. \nWe will begin the day with 200 players\, sponsors and volunteers. Shotgun start at 11:00 a.m. \nCary Harbrecht became a member of the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce in 1972.  He served on the Board of Directors and as Vice President of Membership from 1984-1985.  He served on the General Service Committee and was founder and chairman of the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber Golf Tournament.  Dr. Harbrecht passed away approximately two weeks prior to the first annual tournament.
