DESCRIPTION:Most non-profits set their mission once and never revisit it — even as funding\, leadership\, and community needs shift underneath them. This session offers a simple annual framework for checking whether your mission\, values\, and goals still fit\, and sends you home with a date already on the calendar to do it. \nSince 2004 Lesleigh has been serving as a consultant with Ministry Architects. She is an ordained minister in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). From 1998-2005\, Lesleigh served as an Associate Minister at Woodmont Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Nashville\, TN. In 2006\, she was part of the original staff in launching The Center for Youth Ministry Training (CYMT)\, now the Ministry Leadership Center (MLC)\, where she served on staff for over 17 years wearing many hats\, including Associate Director where she oversaw the Residency program and its team. Lesleigh holds a B.S. from Auburn University and a Master of Divinity from Vanderbilt University Divinity School. Lesleigh lives in Brentwood\, TN.

This event is the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow Chamber members\, grow your network and learn about a great local business. As always\, you’ll have a chance to win big with our Chamber Pot! But remember — you must be present to win! \nThese networking events provide a relaxed way for members of the Chamber to connect with one another. Member organizations may host these events\, which bring together an average of 50-100 people\, to showcase their facilities. SUMMARY:26th Annual Dr. Cary Harbrecht Memorial Summer Scramble
DESCRIPTION:The 26th annual Dr. Cary Harbrecht Memorial Chamber Summer Scramble will be held Monday\, September 14th\, 2026\, at Five Oaks Golf & Country Club\, located at 621 Five Oaks Blvd\, Lebanon\, TN 37087. \nWe will begin the day with 200 players\, sponsors and volunteers. Shotgun start at 11:00 a.m. \nCary Harbrecht became a member of the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce in 1972.  He served on the Board of Directors and as Vice President of Membership from 1984-1985.  He served on the General Service Committee and was founder and chairman of the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber Golf Tournament.  Dr. Harbrecht passed away approximately two weeks prior to the first annual tournament.
