Lean in Lebanon
Lean in Lebanon, a new community fitness program sponsored by the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce and Sports Village begins Monday, April 15.
Lean in Lebanon’s mission is to change more than 100 lives in a positive way through the use of lifetime activities and fitness to encourage healthy weight loss. Entrants will be assigned to a team in which they are encouraged to work out and join active outings such as bowling and hiking.
An application and an entry fee of $50 must be turned into the Chamber or Sports Village by Friday, April 5. The fee will be refunded in full once the applicant successfully completes the program including the required Go Johnny Go Run/Walk on Saturday, May 18 where the winners of the Lean in Lebanon will be announced. Scholarships are available thru the Chamber if applicant is in need of assistance.
