Lebanon Wilson County Preferred Business Directory: This membership directory and buyers guide will be distributed to up to 5,000 members, visitors, new residents and business prospects. Members only are listed free by classified categories, providing high visibility to potential customers.
Internet Exposure: Member businesses are listed in the directory, through the Chamber’s website gaining, free visibility to a broad audience with over 20,000 monthly website visits. Members can also connect to the community through the site’s calendar, which includes Chamber and local events, and have the ability to add their own events. Additionally, the Chamber’s blog highlights special events, ribbon cuttings, and member spotlights, offering even more opportunities for recognition and engagement.
Map: Every 1½ years, the Chamber publishes a city, county and area map with distribution of over 5,000. Members only may take advantage of display advertising opportunities in this popular resource.
Electronic Newsletter: The Chamber’s weekly email newsletter is mailed to more than 1,900 leading businesses, individuals, and elected officials. Members only may advertise specials, promotions, or events in the newsletter free of charge. The newsletter is also a great way to stay in touch with what is going on in the Chamber and community.
Grand Openings & Ribbon Cuttings: These ceremonies which increase the visibility of new or expanding businesses are provided to Chamber members only. New members are featured in the local media, providing an immediate, free exposure!
Member Sponsorships Opportunities: High visibility and advertising value is offered to members who sponsor a Chamber event, such as a Business After Hours, Business Before Hours, Business Card Exchange, Annual Membership Meeting & Awards Banquet, Golf Tournament, Halloween On the Square, or Christmas Parade. As event sponsors, the names of these businesses are prominently displayed and promoted. Pre-event publicity and mailings afford broad advertising exposure at no additional cost above the sponsorship fee.
Meeting Room Rental: Chamber members are offered the use of the Chamber meeting room free upon availability. Non-members pay $50 for ½ day and $75 for the whole day.
Bulk Mailing Permit Use: Members may use the Chamber bulk mailing stamp, thus saving the $125 fee and allowing them an average per piece mailed saving of $.19 each.
Certificates of Origin for Overseas Shipping: Customs require documents be signed by the exporter, the signature notarized, and the document subsequently signed and stamped by a Chamber of Commerce.
Business Seminars: These professionally conducted and informative seminars assist businesses become more successful by addressing “How to” topics and issues affecting the business community.
Notary Public: This necessary service is provided free to Chamber members. Please call ahead to ensure notary is available.
Women in the Lead: A Lunch & Learn series held every other month, on topics related to health & wellness, finances, and balancing home & work life. We encourage women to grow as a professional & support each other in Wilson County.
Non-Profit Roundtable: An alliance that encourages the strength, influence and visibility of the non profit sector through partnerships, research and leadership development. We connect leaders and advocates together to improve the overall wellbeing of Wilson County. Together, we continue to shape a brighter future for our community. This group meets monthly on the second Thursday at 8:30AM.
Wilson County Young Professionals: Professional opportunities to connect, be involved and give back to the community. This 40 and under group meets on the last Friday of each month from 8:00-9:00 am, Each meeting will host a business leader from the community who will speak to attendees.
Business Before & After Hours: Held monthly on alternating Tuesdays and Thursdays, these networking events provide a relaxed way for members of the Chamber to connect with one another. Member organizations may host these events, which bring together an average of 50-100 people, to showcase their facilities. New members are introduced and may give a brief commercial about their business.
Business Card Exhange: Members have the opportunity to host a Business Card Connection, a lunch networking event for members to meet and exchange information, and introduce themselves to the group as a whole through a brief talk about their organization.

Chamber Pot Drawing: During Business Before/After Hours events, members have the opportunity to win the “Chamber Pot”. All member names, in good standing, will be placed in the chamber pot prior to the event drawing. If the member name drawn is in attendance, he/she will be awarded the money amount. The recipient drawn must be the current membership contact or company chosen representative on record at the Chamber office at the time of the event. Companies may send a representative to attend on their behalf. All attendees will be asked to register name and company being represented. Only one company can be represented per name. Example: John Doe ABCD Company If there is no winner, $25.00 is added to the chamber pot, the money carries onto the next event, not to exceed $1,000, minimum $250.00. Revised 2015
New Member Orientation: A must-attend event for new inquiries and existing members seeking a refresher on all of the fantastic resources and opportunities our Chamber offers. Let’s connect over lunch and explore how we can help your business. Orientation is held every other month and conducted by the appointed Membership Engagement Vice-Chair.
Divisions: Members may participate in any of our active, dynamic Divisions, covering a wide range of interests such as Membership Engagement & sub-committee — Ambassadors; Governmental Relations, Education, Sports Council, Special Events and Economic Development.
Business Card Exchange: Once a month, a local organization that is a member of the Chamber hosts a lunch-time networking event during which other members can meet and exchange information with one another, and introduce themselves to the group as a whole through a brief talk about their organization.
Teacher Grant Program: The Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce – through its Business & Education Coalition, continues the 27-year tradition of supporting the efforts of teachers in the classroom. Some of the proposals were submitted by individual teachers, while others involved two or more educators. Grants ranged up to the maximum of $599 awarded by the Teacher Grant Extra Mile Educator Program. Since its inception in 1996, to date, 704 grants have been presented totaling over $290,000.00. In 2023, we awarded 30 grants to classrooms totaling over $13,000.00.
Imagination Dinner: An annual event & auction following a “wacky-waiter” format where proceeds benefit Wilson Books from Birth. Wilson Books from Birth, an affiliate of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, is a literacy program for Children from Birth to age 5.
Two Rivers Ford Bass Fishing Tournament: Proceeds of the annual tournament support the Sports Council scholarship fund, which is granted to one male and one female Wilson County high school senior.
Wilson County Restaurant Week: An annual program presented by the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce’s Special Events Division. This initiative encourages dining locally by spotlighting participating restaurants and their exclusive specials on the Chamber’s website throughout the week. Additionally, restaurants receive social media highlights, showcasing the vibrant culinary offerings of our community. Dine. Discover. Support Local.
Speedway on the Square: A free community event held on the Chamber’s quadrant of Lebanon’s public square, in partnership with the City of Lebanon and Nashville Superspeedway. This exciting event features opportunities to meet professional NASCAR drivers, enjoy live music, and participate in fun activities for kids
Small Business Week: Presented by the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the City of Lebanon, is an annual celebration recognizing the hard work, ingenuity and dedication of Lebanon’s entrepreneurs. This week highlights their vital contributions to our local economy. Join us in honoring the spirit of entrepreneurship by shopping small and supporting local businesses. Every purchase you make invests in the dreams and livelihoods of your neighbors!
Wilson County Fair-Tennessee State Fair Opening Day Parade: Coordinated by the Special Events Division, Chamber Members have the opportunity to volunteer for this parade, symbolizing the start of the most exciting TEN days of family fun and great entertainment in Wilson County.
The Dr. Cary Harbrecht Memorial Golf Tournament: Cary Harbrecht became a member of the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce in 1972. He served on the Board of Directors and as Vice President of Membership from 1984-1985. He served on the General Service Committee and was founder and chairman of the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber Golf Tournament. Dr. Harbrecht passed away approximately two weeks prior to the first annual tournament. The Chamber Board passed a resolution, in his memory, to name the tournament “The Dr. Cary Harbrecht Memorial Golf Tournament.”
Taste of Wilson County: A local food festival that is not only about delicious food, but also a powerful way to support our local teachers. The proceeds of the event directly benefit the Wilson County Business & Education Coalition, a Division of the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce. The Wilson County Business & Education Coalition uses these funds for the annual Teacher Grant Extra Mile Educator Program. These grants provide essential funding for classroom resources, projects, and professional development which help our local teachers continue their phenomenal work.
Halloween on the Square: Held on Lebanon’s Public Square, Halloween on the Square is an annual fun filled afternoon of candy and costumes. The event will feature food, photos, costume contest and fun for all ages. Presented by the City of Lebanon and the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce.
Small Business Saturday: An annual promotion adopted by the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce and the City of Lebanon to celebrate and support our local businesses. We provide a hub of resources for merchants and shoppers, making it easier to shop small and make a big impact. When you shop small, you’re not just crossing off your holiday list—you’re investing in your neighbors and supporting the unique businesses that make our community special.
Lebanon’s Annual Christmas Parade: Coordinated by the Special Events Division, Chamber Members have the opportunity to volunteer for this event as we kick off the holiday season.
