SUMMARY:Best All-Around Student Athlete Luncheon
DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Wilson County Sports Council’s Annual Best All-Around Student Athlete Luncheon — an inspiring celebration of the best student-athletes in our community! \nThe Wilson County Sports Council\, a Division of the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce is host to this annual luncheon that recognizes a male and female student from each of the high schools in Wilson County. Students are nominated by their coaches for outstanding academic and athletic qualities. \nTop male and female are awarded a $1500.00 scholarship\, each funded by the Annual Two River’s Ford Open Bass Tournament \nEnjoy a great lunch\, a special guest speaker\, and the opportunity to honor one outstanding male and female student-athlete from each high school in Wilson County. Come be part of this meaningful event as we recognize achievement\, hear from an impactful speaker\, and celebrate the future leaders of our community. Sponsorship opportunities are available — don’t miss your chance to support and be part of this special day! \nAbout the Speaker\nJesse Perry is an offensive lineman for University of Tennessee and a standout talent from Middle Tennessee. A graduate of Middle Tennessee Christian School\, Perry remains closely connected to the region\, with his family currently residing in Wilson County. \nKnown for his versatility\, Perry has made a strong impact for the Volunteers at both right tackle and right guard. Following a breakout 2025 season\, he earned Freshman All-America honors\, establishing himself as a rising force on the offensive line. \nSince arriving on Rocky Top in January 2024\, Perry has transformed his physique\, adding more than 50 pounds to his frame while continuing to develop his strength and technique.
