Teacher Grant Recipients

The Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce, through its Business & Education Coalition, proudly continues its long-standing tradition of supporting teachers in the classroom.

Thanks to the generous support of corporate sponsors and proceeds from Chamber events — especially the Taste of Wilson County, the signature fundraiser for this program — 43 Teacher Grants were awarded this year, totaling $20,926.65. Grant proposals ranged from individual classroom projects to collaborative efforts involving multiple educators, with awards ranging from under $200 up to the maximum of $599. Since the program’s inception in 1996, the Chamber has proudly awarded 772 grants, investing more than $332,000 directly into classrooms across Wilson County. We are honored to support the incredible work of our teachers and the impact they make every day.
