Teacher Grant Recipients

The Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce – through its Business & Education Coalition, continues the 27-year tradition of supporting the efforts of teachers in the classroom. Some of the proposals were submitted by individual teachers, while others involved two or more educators. Grants ranged up to the maximum of $599 awarded by the Teacher Grant Extra Mile Educator Program.
Since its inception in 1996, to date, 704 grants have been presented totaling over $290,000.00. In 2023, we awarded 30 grants to classrooms totaling over $13,000.00.
