Abe's Garden The Club at Lebanon: A Hearthstone Memory Support Program

Abe’s Garden Club Lebanon is a day program designed for individuals in the early to mid-stages of Alzheimer’s disease or dementia who are living at home and benefit from engaging, personalized support. The program fosters connection, purpose, and joy through socialization, education, and enrichment activities — all grounded in the Hearthstone I’m Still Here® approach to purposeful engagement. The Club offers a warm, welcoming environment right here in Lebanon, bringing Abe’s Garden’s nationally recognized memory support philosophy closer to home.
