Capital Real Estate Services- Tammy Armijo-Johnson

I have been involved in the Real Estate Industry as an appraiser for 22 years. After 15 years of operating a home-based appraisal business, raising two boys, volunteering at schools, helping with fundraisers, and carpooling kids all over town, I decided to pivot my career and I joined Capital Real Estate Services in Lebanon TN as an Affiliate Broker. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture and have spent most of my career working on a wide spectrum of properties in rural Middle Tennessee. I have and always will be a strong advocate for my clients and my appraisal experience will be a strong asset when it comes to market knowledge, setting expectations, negotiating contracts, and handling any appraisal issues that may pop up. I am also a beginner golfer (work in progress) and intermediate pickleball player. I hope to see you out in the community!
