Seafood has always been a favorite of mine, and I decided to bring my love of seafood flavors to Tennessee. I wanted to combine the authentic tastes of Louisiana and Texas and bring that home to Tennessee with the new forward-thinking food movements of the seafood industry and present a non-traditional, way of enjoying the Cajun boil style dining experience and with that in mind Seafood Sacs was established.
