Marine Week Nashville 250th Anniversary

June 3, 2025 @ 2:00 pm CDT

Join the United States Marine Corps as we celebrate our 250th Anniversary with a stunning demonstration of discipline, professionalism, and “Esprit de Corps.” The United States Marine Corps Silent Drill Platoon and The Official Color Guard of the Marine Corps from Marine Barracks Washington, D.C., will present an unforgettable showcase in celebration of the United States Marine Corps’ 250th Anniversary.

On June 3, 2025, the Marine Corps will visit Lebanon High School to celebrate its history with the Silent Drill Platoon performance beginning at 2 p.m. at Lebanon High School in Lebanon, TN.  This event is an opportunity for the community to witness the extraordinary talent and commitment of Marines who serve as a living testament to the Corps’ legacy of excellence.

We invite the public and all Marines past and present to join us in celebrating this milestone and experience firsthand the dedication and pride of the United States Marine Corps. Don’t miss this once-in-a-lifetime event to witness the precision, discipline, and patriotism that make the Marines the most respected military force in the world.  This event is part of Marine Week Nashville, with events taking place around Nashville from June 1 – 7, 2025.

For 250 years, the United States Marine Corps has served honorably in every clime and place. Founded on November 10, 1775, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the Marines have fought from the shores of Tripoli to the valleys of Afghanistan – always the most ready when the nation is least ready. To honor its many ties and the legacy of support and fidelity between America and her Marines, the United States Marine Corps is hosting public events and celebrations throughout 2025 across the country.
