Taste of Wilson County 2025

Participation in the Taste of Wilson County provides funding for the Wilson County Business and Education Coalition, Chamber Education programs including Teacher Grants, Wilson Books from Birth, Tennessee Scholars and student scholarships.
The 16th annual Taste of Wilson County has been scheduled for Thursday, October 23rd, 2025. Taste of Wilson County is sponsored by Wilson Bank & Trust.
The event will be held outdoors on the Wilson Bank & Trust West Lawn in Lebanon. The event time 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Attendance for the event each year has been an average of 1,200 people, so this is a great opportunity to showcase your business as a sponsor, restaurant or marketplace vendor.
Taste of Wilson County is not just about delicious food, but also a powerful way to support our local teachers. The proceeds of the event directly benefit the Wilson County Business & Education Coalition, a Division of The Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce. The Wilson County Business & Education Coalition uses these funds for the annual Teacher Grant Extra Mile Educator Program. These grants provide essential funding for classroom resources, projects, and professional development which help our local teachers continue their phenomenal work.
Food Vendor Registration

Space is limited and is available on a first-come basis.

All vendors must be operating in the food or beverage industry. The county health inspector will require all vendors to have a valid health permit and abide by current health codes for preparing and serving food.

Taste of Wilson County agrees to provide a 10X8 booth space with two (2) 6-foot tables, two (2) chairs, two (2) tablecloths, serving plates, bowls and utensils. Vendor set-up hours are from 1:00 – 3:30 p.m.

Marketplace Vendor Registration
As a Marketplace vendor, the Taste of Wilson County agrees to provide a 10X10 booth with one (1) 6-foot table, (1) cloth and (2) chairs. The participation fee is $50.00 for members and $100.00 for non-members. A payment link will be sent to marketplacevendors upon receipt of registration. Please note: Event sponsors will have their vendor fee waived as part of their sponsorship benefits; however, sponsors must still complete the registration form so we have the correct information as we begin planning the event layout.

Chili Cookoff Registration
Bring your premade Chili to be judged at the 2025 Taste of Wilson County. Chili needs to be brought by quarts depending on desire to serve to guests after judging. Chili can be brought in containers, but will need to be kept warm in crockpot or warming pan. The chili may be judged in one of five different categories- traditional, non-traditional, chili with beans, chili without beans, and spicy chili. Directly after judging, you will have an option to serve samples of your chili to up to 500 event guests. Be sure to bring serving utensils and all desired toppings. Taste bowls and spoons will be provided.
