About Robyn T. Hardawat-Jones
Robyn T. Hardawat-Jones is the CEO and Founder of Innovative Leadership Solutions, LLC, where her lane of genius is leadership and personal growth and development. She brings over 25 years of entrepreneurship, leadership, speaking, coaching, and training experience to
those she serves. She is a Certified Life and Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer with the Maxwell Leadership Team, and is a Certified DISC Behavioral Analysis Trainer and Consultant.
Robyn is also a trained tax accountant, management consultant, and CEO of RC Tax & Accounting, LLC, founded in 2000. She served as an adjunct professor for West GA Technical College School of Business and for Talladega College’s FastTrack Program for six years. She is also a licensed minister.
Robyn holds a BA in Business from Talladega College and an MSM in Leadership from Strayer University. She is completing her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree in Organizational Leadership at Northcentral University.
Keeping active in her community, Robyn is a member of the Douglas County Charter Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA), current President of Toastmasters of West Georgia, Douglas County Chamber Visibility Investor, and member of Douglas-Carroll-Paulding Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She is also a member of the Douglas County Education Foundation Board and the Division of Business Administration Academic Advisory Board for Talladega College.
Although Robyn has many personal and professional pursuits, her first love is always her family. She is married to her college sweetheart, Contrell Jones, and is the mother of two adult children and a five-year-old Yorkie fur-baby named Rocky Balboa. She considers herself a “foodie” and enjoys traveling and meeting new people. Self-care ranks high on her list of personal priorities.
