Willard Hagan Dr. & Hagan Way Ribbon Cutting

Mayor Rick Bell facilitated the recruitment of Sam’s Wholesale Club and Target in 2023, and as part of this new retail development, new roads — Willard Hagan Drive and Hagan Way — have been constructed. The ribbon-cutting ceremony for these roads will be on November 18 at 2:00 p.m.

The infrastructure improvements for this retail project include new turning lanes on S. Hartmann Drive, two new roads, street lighting, sidewalks, crosswalks, and a traffic signal.
