Wes Dugan has been a Farm Bureau Insurance Agent since 2001. In 1994, he graduated from North Carolina State University with B.A. in Economics. Then in 1998, he graduated with an M.S. in Agricultural Economics from the same university.

Along with being a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellowship member, he is also a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Wes has received numerous awards from Farm Bureau Insurance including: Honor Council, Winners Circle, Presidents Award, Round Table, and All Star

He believes in being involved in the community where he works. He is currently involved in the Lebanon Kiwanis Club, Lebanon Kiwanis Little League, Leadership Wilson, and with the Lebanon BNI Referral Network Group.

He also serves on the Wilson County United Way Board and is a Lebanon Chamber of Commerce Board Member.
