As a young community foundation, its own grantmaking resources have always been limited, so it has leaned into other resources it can provide to help support the development of a strong nonprofit sector. About Our Guest Speaker Amy Fair
Amy Fair is the Director of Philanthropic Services at the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee (CFMT), where she builds relationships with individual donors, families, foundations, and corporations to strengthen and expand their philanthropy. She uses her expertise in philanthropy to oversee complex gift transactions and legacy giving, support families engaged in multi-generational giving, and support the development of giving strategies for donors of all kinds. Amy works at the intersection of donors and nonprofits, and maintains her knowledge of the important work of nonprofits in the community through her daily work and additional roles as a member of the Women’s Fund’s Girls Give Initiative, executive committee member of the Nashville VOAD, and Founding Member and longtime grant committee member of Impact100 Nashville.
