Our featured speaker brings a unique blend of nonprofit leadership, economic development, and grant writing experience. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and a recipient of the University of Tennessee Institute for Public Service Grant Writing Certification, she has worked extensively with nonprofits, community organizations, and local governments to identify funding opportunities and develop competitive grant applications.
Her experience includes leadership roles with Community Literacy Centers in Oklahoma City, service on the Oklahoma City Metro Literacy Coalition Board, and current involvement with the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Ambassador Program. In her role with Tennessee Central Economic Authority, she works directly with communities across Middle Tennessee to secure grants and support economic development initiatives.
