Bio: Tina L. Doniger is a seasoned nonprofit executive with over 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, fund development, and strategic team growth. As the CEO of the Community Resource Center, she has led the organization through significant expansion and increased community impact, including coordinated responses to natural disasters and the COVID-19 pandemic. Her leadership has strengthened the organization’s role as a key provider of essential hygiene and household items across Middle Tennessee.

Tina’s career reflects a deep commitment to mission-driven work and collaborative partnership development. She is widely respected for her ability to build effective teams, design sustainable development strategies, and cultivate long-term relationships with corporate and community stakeholders. Prior to her role at CRC, she served as Chief Development Officer for the Greater Nashville Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure and held leadership and marketing positions within the entertainment industry, including CBS, Cumulus, and Village Voice Media.

In addition to her executive leadership, Tina serves in numerous civic roles, including Past Chair of Davidson County VOAD, Vice Chair of TNVOAD, and board and committee roles with the Donelson Hermitage Chamber of Commerce, the American Hygiene Coalition, and the Tennessee Menstrual Equity Coalition. She has previously served on boards for the Nashville Junior Chamber, Nashville Toys for Tots, March of Dimes, and the Boys and Girls Club.

Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Concordia University in Portland, Oregon.
