Meet Malika Sabän Williams: Manners Still Matter

In a world where grace and civility often seem like relics of the past, Malika Sabän Williams stands as a beacon of refinement and social grace. A Master Certified Etiquette Consultant and the visionary founder of Excuse Me, Please Etiquette Company, Malika embodies elegance and poise, offering a transformative journey into manners and social graces.

Malika’s years of hands-on experience and journey into the world of etiquette began with a solid educational foundation. A distinguished alumna of Lane College in Jackson, Tennessee, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix. Armed with knowledge and passion, Malika pursued further specialization, becoming a certified Children’s Etiquette Consultant through the esteemed American School of Protocol (2016) in Atlanta, Georgia. In March of 2024, she felt the need to seek further and more intense education on the topic of etiquette. She then earned her second certification as an Etiquette Consultant at the renowned From the inside-Out School of Etiquette.

At the core of Malika’s mission lies a profound belief in the enduring significance of manners. Drawing from her childhood experiences, where compliments from teachers echoed the impact of her well-mannered demeanor, Malika recognized the pivotal role etiquette plays in shaping destinies. This realization fueled her dedication to ensuring that every child and adult has access to the life-changing benefits of social graces.

Through Excuse Me, Please Etiquette Company, Malika extends her expertise to individuals of all ages, offering virtual workshops and in-person training sessions that instill the timeless principles of etiquette. She imparts invaluable lessons with a warm and engaging approach, empowering her clients to navigate various social settings confidently and with charm.

Beyond her role as a consultant, Malika is also a published author. Her first children’s book, “Time to Eat: A First Look at Table Manners,” is a delightful exploration of dining etiquette, crafted with whimsy and educational depth to make family meals more enjoyable and less messy.
