FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS BIGGER, BRIGHTER, BETTER
Start your 2012 Holiday Season with a drive through the 15th annual Festival of Lights kicking-off November 23rd at the James E. Ward Agricultural Center. Fiddlers Grove will become a southern North Pole Village welcoming young and old.
“Hiring a company this year to repair lights, correct animated figures, rework and light Fiddlers Grove Village and assist the Agricultural Center staff to create a true Christmas experience will make the 15th anniversary Festival of Lights bigger, better and brighter,” stated Sue Vanatta, president and CEO of the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce.
The Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce, James E. Ward Agricultural Center and the Fiddlers Grove Foundation sponsored event will feature beautiful lights displaying the Spirit of Christmas. The drive-through tour includes animation throughout the grounds, lighted nativity scenes, a magnificent Fountain of Life and the much anticipated Grinch in the jail.
Enjoy viewing over one million colored Christmas lights from the cozy heat of your car. However, don’t forget to take a second to stop by the Fiddlers Grove Post Office to drop off your letter to Santa for express delivery to the North Pole.
Don’t miss this annual Christmas tradition which is viewable beginning Friday, Saturday and Sunday November 23-25 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and then every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening through December 25th.
Admission is $5.00 per vehicle. For more information contact the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce at 615-444-5503 or go to our website www.lebanonwilsonchamber.com.
