Job Opportunities – Director Airline Affairs

Under direction of the Chief Commercial Officer, the Director, Airline Affairs manages the various agreements
and business relationships for MNAA. Responsible for the development and administration of all activities
concerned with management of airline (passenger and cargo) activities, including negotiation, development of
applicable standards.

Directs staff procedures, preparation of various reports, financial analyses, RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitation
documents related to the management of airline agreements.
Acts as MNAA’s primary liaison between MNAA and airline real estate professionals. Responsible for
analyzing (operational and financial), developing, drafting, negotiating, implementing and monitoring all
business plans and proposals, contracts, leases and agreements with airlines (passenger, cargo). Inspects and
monitors airline tenants to assure lease, permit and rules and regulations compliance.
Coordinate closely with other MNAA departments in matters related to airline activities including Finance for the
calculation of annual airline rates and charges and reconciliations and Air Service Development in the
development of plans to attract new air service.
Equivalent to graduation from an approved college curriculum in aviation related field of study, airport
administration business administration or related field. Knowledge of legal practices, procedures and
terminology as they relate to airline and property management, contract negotiations, and preparation of
documents.
Seven (7) or more years of professional work experience within the aviation or consulting industries.

Salary Range: $81,162 – $103,481
