The Wilson County Sports Council, a Division of the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce, is thrilled to announce its Inaugural Pickleball Tournament! Mark your calendars for May 17-18, 2025 at the Jimmy Floyd Center for two days of exciting competition, community spirit and fun.

This tournament welcomes players of all skill levels — from beginners to seasoned athletes. Whether you’re looking to showcase your skills, enjoy friendly competition, or simply cheer on participants, this event promises an unforgettable experience. Join us as we celebrate the fastest-growing sport in America and support the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce in its mission to promote tourism, economic development and quality of life in our community.

Tournament Info & Format

Specific start times for each event will be posted and players notified via text and email 3 days prior to the event. Keep your phone accessible throughout the tournament.

Format is Round Robin then a double elimination tournament.. Guaranteed 6 games.
Ratings: DUPR followed by Self-Rating
A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player (or higher).
Matches are self-monitored. A referee will be onsite during play, if requested, can be available to monitor specific games.

Score Format

Round Robin Games: Play to 11, win by 2.
Double Elimination Round: Play to 15, win by 2.

Tournament Director’s Discretion

As registration proceeds, tournament management reserves the option to merge, split or add brackets as needed. Brackets will be created based on skill or age in order to provide the best overall playing experience.
Tournament management reserves the right to review and possibly move players or teams between events if they are self-rated or have entered the wrong event.
Tournament management reserves the right to change bracket format as needed.

Registration & Schedule

Registration for Womens, Mens, and Mixed Doubles is $30 per player with 2 players per team. Registration for the Open Division is $40 per player. Players must register individually.
