The Chamber Digital Monitor Advertising Program offers members the opportunity to promote their business directly inside the Chamber office on our lobby & meeting space television display. Your advertisement will be showcased to business leaders, community members, visitors, meeting attendees, event participants, and local professionals throughout the year. Your one-time investment is for 1 year of advertising.

With more than 814 meetings hosted in the Chamber office last year and over 19,000 visitors throughout 2025, this platform provides consistent exposure to a highly engaged local audience. In addition, the Chamber itself hosts approximately 85 Chamber-led meetings and events annually within the office.

This advertising opportunity is designed to provide:

Affordable business visibility
Direct engagement with Chamber visitors and members
Advertisements rotate continuously throughout business hours in a professionally designed digital display format.

Advertiser Agreement

By purchasing, the advertiser agrees to the following:

All advertisements are subject to approval by the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce.
The Chamber reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove advertisements that are inconsistent with Chamber policies, standards, or community values.
Placement location is determined by sponsorship level and availability.
This Advertising Agreement is for a one (1) year term beginning on the agreed-upon start date.
Replacement artwork must be submitted in the required digital format at least 10 business days prior to the requested installation date. Artwork received after this deadline may be scheduled for the next available update period.
Advertisers are responsible for submitting artwork that meets the required specifications.
Advertising begins once payment and approved artwork have been received.
No refunds or prorated credits will be issued after the advertisement has been published.
The Chamber is not responsible for delays caused by late artwork submission or revisions requested by the advertiser.
The Chamber reserves the right to modify display schedules, equipment, or advertising formats when necessary.
Advertisers may update their artwork during the agreement period based on the advertisement size selected:

Preferred File Types

PNG
SVG (preferred for logos)
High-resolution JPG (if applicable)

Photo Requirements

High-resolution images only
Logos should have a transparent background whenever possible
Artwork should be production-ready. The Chamber is not responsible for redesigning or correcting submitted artwork.

A contract will be emailed to the email used to complete the transaction. Advertising will begin after signed contract & payment have been received, and approved artwork has been submitted.
