About Frank

Frank Horton, Vice President and Partner joined CPS Land, LLC, as Development Manager in 2002 and is responsible for coordinating, planning, engineering, permitting, marketing and construction of commercial and residential developments as well as finding new community development opportunities. He brings with him 30+ years’ experience as a landscape architect, community developer and all-around problem solver. He graduated with a BS in Landscape Architecture from Kansas State University, College of Architecture and Design.. Frank managed the entitlements and construction of the infrastructure and amenities for the Providence community in Mt. Juliet, TN.
