Mt. Juliet Police Department Flock911 Press Conference

WHAT: 
The Mt. Juliet Police Department will hold a press conference to announce the rollout of their latest technology advancement, Flock911. Flock911 is a real-time intelligence tool that delivers live 911 caller audio, AI-generated transcripts, and caller location directly to police officers in the field and into the Mt. Juliet Police Advanced Response Communications Center. Mt. Juliet Police is one of the first in the state, if not the first in the state, to roll out such technology.

Flock911 includes:

  • Real-time live 911 audio & transcripts 
  • Call replay for reporting and investigation 
  • Autoplay Mode for hands-free awareness while driving 
  • 911 calls plotted on response maps alongside LPR, video, and crash alerts for a unified view of incidents

There will be an opportunity to see a live demo of the new tool during the event.
