The New Residents’ Guide

Wilson County, TNThe New Residents’ Guide, Middle Tennessee’s go-to resource for newcomers, is expanding to Wilson County in April 2026. The Guide will cover the cities of Mt. Juliet, Lebanon, Watertown, as well as Hermitage and Donelson, reaching more than 1,200 new mover households each month through mailed print copies, digital editions, and the Guide’s website—resources new residents actively use for trusted, local information.

The New Residents’ Guide provides valuable, comprehensive information that new residents are actively seeking, including how to obtain car tags and driver’s licenses, area parks, city and county services, voter registration, tips for getting acclimated, and senior adult services.

This expansion marks the third edition of The New Residents’ Guide by owner and publisher Linda Eaves, who also publishes editions serving Williamson and Maury Counties, as well as Rutherford County. In addition to the printed Guides, all editions are available in digital format online, making the publication easily accessible and providing advertisers with even greater exposure to both new movers and established local residents.

“Wilson County is the fastest-growing county in the state of Tennessee by percentage of population growth,” explained Linda Eaves, owner and publisher of The New Residents’ Guide. “Our goal is to help new movers feel connected and confident in their new hometown—while intentionally driving their spending toward local businesses and services that strengthen the community from day one.”

Advertising opportunities for The New Residents’ Guide – Wilson County are being managed by Lisa Rickert, Media Sales, who also handles advertising for the Rutherford County edition. “I would be delighted to share how your business can reach new movers at the exact moment they are searching for local products and services in their new hometown,” said Rickert.
