Wilson County CVB Branch of the North Pole Post OFice!

PRESS RELEASE – November 21, 2025.

As you may know, the Wilson County CVB is in the Historic Federal Post Office building, located at 203 E. Main St., Lebanon, TN, just a block from the Historic Lebanon Square. The CVB is proud to call it home and this Christmas season we are sharing that pride with our community.

Early this month, we started conversations with some of Santa’s staF with the North Pole Postal Service and we are happy to announce that we have been granted (unoFicially) the title of Wilson County Branch of the North Pole Post O6ice. Come by and visit our beautifully decorated lobby, write a letter to Santa, stamp it, and send it on its way to the North Pole! “The certification wasn’t easy”, says Tourism Director, Jason Johnson. “Luckily, the postage side of things was much easier than what our postal workers must go through. Especially since we’re only mailing to one address, but the North Pole/Christmas side of our training was a little stressful. Naming all eight reindeer on the spot, listing all the gifts on the Twelve Days of Christmas, knowing to watch out, not pout, not cry… I’m just glad they graded the cookie baking on a curve; I still struggle with a good gingerbread recipe. Now that we are getting close, there are logistics that I didn’t even think about. A reindeer landing pad on the roof for the Express Mail!?! And, speaking of reindeer, Edwards Feed here in town had to go through six diFerent distributors to find us a North Pole Reindeer Blend feed. Deer corn blended with candy canes, who knew?”

Starting Monday, November 24, come by and see our beautifully decorated Historic Post Office and mail your letter to Santa.

Wilson County North Pole Post OFice hours are Monday-Friday, 8a-4p. Additionally, we will be open during some of our community’s many wonderful Holiday events such as the Lebanon Christmas Parade (Dec. 7) and Christmas on the Square (Dec.13).

The North Pole Post OFice will be closed November 27 & 28 for Thanksgiving.
