2023 Business & Education Coalition’s Teacher Grant Extra Mile Educator Awards

The Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce – through its Business & Education Coalition, continues the tradition of supporting the efforts of teachers in the classroom.

Some of the proposals were submitted by individual teachers, while others involved two or more educators. Grants awarded range from less than $200 to the maximum of $599.00

Since its inception in 1996, to date, 704 grants have been presented totaling over $290,000.00

2023, we awarded 30 grants to classrooms  totaling over $13,000.00

Taste of Wilson County proceeds fund the annual grants. This year’s sponsors were:
