Central Pike Elementary Groundbreaking
Yesterday, we had the honor of attending the official groundbreaking ceremony for Central Pike Elementary, hosted by Wilson County Schools. While groundwork began earlier this fall, yesterday marked a significant milestone as we celebrated the start of construction for this exciting new addition to our community.
Scheduled to open in August 2026, this state-of-the-art school will span approximately 127,000 square feet, featuring 50 classrooms with a total capacity of over 1,000 students. The new school will help alleviate overcrowding at Gladeville Elementary and Rutland Elementary, ensuring our children have the space and resources they need to thrive.
We’re proud to see the community’s dedication to fostering an exceptional educational environment for future generations. Welcome, Central Pike Elementary Coyotes!
