Ashley L. Jackson Ribbon Cutting

Congratulations! Ashley L. Jackson celebrated the opening of her new law office located at 102 West Main Street with a ribbon cutting ceremony conducted by the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce. The special event was complete with refreshments, friends and networking.
Ashley began practicing law in 2015 after graduating from Nashville School of Law. She graduated from Belmont University’s Mike Curb School for Entertainment and Music Business in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She began her practice in Rutherford County specializing in Criminal Defense and Family Law. She has practiced in courts all over Middle Tennessee including Bedford, Cannon, Davidson, Dekalb, Overton, Putnam, Rutherford, Smith, Stewart, Sumner, Trousdale, and Williamson counties. Practice Areas include Criminal Defense, Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Juvenile, Dependency and Neglect, Termination of Parental Rights, Adoption, Orders of Protection and Paternity.
Attendance included Jackson, her family, friends and supporters. Representing the Chamber, President & CEO Melanie Minter, Chairman of the Board Curt Baker, Ambassador Vice Chair Ian Isbell and Chamber Ambassadors. Mayor Rick Bell and Sarah Haston attended representing the City of Lebanon.

McAlister’s Ribbon Cutting

The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at McAlister’s Deli in Lebanon drew a crowd! The Lebanon location is McAlister’s 113th Restaurant. People were wrapped around the building in hopes of being one of the first 113 customers to get FREE tea for a year.

Mt. Juliet, TN – The Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce and the Mt Juliet Chamber of Commerce hosted a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Pet Supplies Plus. They are located at 11223 Lebanon Rd in Mt Juliet.

Pet Supplies Plus offers a self-serve dog wash, pet boutique, and all your pet supplies needs. They also offer delivery and curbside pick up.

Restoration Wellness + Medspa Ribbon Cutting

The Restoration Wellness + Medspa Ribbon Cutting Ceremony took place on June 2nd at 365 S Hartmann Dr Suite 104 in Lebanon!

Restoration Wellness + Medspa offers preventative and wellness care as well as care for minor acute illnesses. They also draw labs, offer IV therapy, injections, weight loss programs, hormone replacement, and botox and filler aesthetic services. Jamey and Carlie Morrison are the owners of Restoration Wellness + Medspa. Carlie is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner and her husband Jamey is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. They will host a Grand Opening on June 23rd from 5-8PM.

RISE Strength & Performance Ribbon Cutting

Wilson County continues to get stronger! RISE Strength & Performance were host to a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony by the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce.

Prior to the Ribbon Cutting, a charity work out for local youth was offered. Sam Pfister, owner and head coach of RISE Strength & Performance offers small group personal coaching, team training, and youth group coaching. RISE Strength & Performance is designed for the Youth Athlete looking to dominate their sport or the adult who wants to look, move, and feel like they did in their prime.

Jersey Mike’s Ribbon Cutting

The Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce hosted a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for  Jersey Mike’s Subs, at 6650 Eastgate Blvd. in Lebanon.

Franchise operating owner Michele Fuller also held a Grand Opening to support the Lebanon High School Baseball Foundation.

“Jersey Mike’s has delicious submarine sandwiches, exceptional customer service and encourages a family-mentality work environment,” Fuller said. Guests can order in-store or for pickup through the website or through the Jersey Mike’s app!

“Best All Around Student Athlete of the Year”

The Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce Sports Council Division held the “Best All Around Student Athlete of the Year” Awards Luncheon at Five Oaks Golf & Country Club on May 13, 2022. One male and one female athlete from each high school in Wilson County were nominated by their Athletic Director, Coach, or Principal. Students are nominated for their outstanding academic and athletic qualities. From the nominees, one male and one female were chosen to receive a $1,500 scholarship to the school of their choice. The scholarship is funded by the Two Rivers Ford Open Bass Tournament hosted by the Wilson County Sports Council.  
 
The nominated students from each school were:
  • Allyson Paige Stallworth and Max Robert Duckwiler, Friendship Christian
  • Keeton Brown and Mo Ruttlen, Green Hill High School
  • Ansley McNutt and Bronar Goshern, Lebanon High School
  • Davey Slaughter and Derrick Crouch, Mt Juliet Christian Academy
  • Karah Nicole Hood and Anthony Ray Pyron, Mt. Juliet High School
  • Morgan Brown and Brayden Cousino, Watertown High School
  • Makenna Merkley and Robert Lee Spickard, Wilson Central High School
  • A special Thank you to First Freedom Bank for their sponsorship of today’s luncheon.
In Honor of our Friend & Supporter, Mr. Tommy Crockett, his family was presented a special award. Another award was given to Two Rivers Ford to be displayed at their Mt. Juliet location.
 
A Committee was chosen to review the scholarships and make a decision on specific qualifications. Watertown High School student Morgan Brown and Lebanon High School student Bronar Goshern were selected to receive the $1,500 scholarships.
 
The guest speaker was Bradley D. Hopkins is an American football player. He played left tackle for 13 seasons in the National Football League (NFL), all of them with the Houston Oilers/Tennessee Titans organization. In football, Hopkins played on both offense and defense, playing on the defensive line as well as at tight end. In basketball, Hopkins played power forward.
 
Hopkins graduated from University of Illinois with a degree in Speech Communications. He was selected in the first round of the 1993 NFL Draft by the Houston Oilers. In his rookie season, Hopkins started eleven games at left tackle and was named first-Team All-Rookie.
He currently works as an analyst for SiruisXM’s ESPNU, B1G, ACC, SEC, Mad Dog Radio and NFL Radio.This event is held annually and is open to the public.

Here’s the latest buzz in Wilson County! The Bee Well Urgent Care Ribbon Cutting Ceremony took place this morning. Located at 6650 Eastgate Blvd Suite 104 in Lebanon, Bee Well Urgent Care accepts patients 18 months and older! They also offer IV hydration and injection bar.
