Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce Names Andrea Wilke President & CEO

The Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the promotion of Andrea Wilke to President & CEO.

A dedicated member of the Chamber team since 2003, Wilke has advanced through multiple roles within the organization, most recently serving as Vice President of Membership & Finance. Throughout her tenure, she has developed extensive experience in membership engagement, financial management and event operations. Her deep understanding of the Chamber’s mission, operations and partnerships, combined with her longstanding commitment to the business community, positions her well to lead the organization and continue fostering a vibrant business environment throughout Wilson County.

Following a comprehensive search process, the Chamber’s Board of Directors selected Wilke to lead the organization into its next chapter.

“We are thrilled to announce the hire and promotion of Andrea Wilke as the new President and CEO of the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce,” said Phillip Vance, Chair of the Board of Directors. “Andrea started her career with the Chamber 23 years ago as the Office Manager and has been an integral part of the growth and success of the Chamber for over two decades. Andrea brings a wealth of knowledge, connections and experience that will help lead the Chamber forward.”

Vance continued, “After a complete search and interview process that included applicants from five different states, it was clear the best candidate was right here at home. We can’t imagine a more deserving and qualified hire for our organization and community. Andrea is an amazing person and loves our city and county, and I am so happy to have her on our team.”

Wilke expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to serve in her new role.

“I am honored to be a part of an organization that continues to make a difference in our community,” said Wilke. “I appreciate the confidence shown in me and the warm welcome I’ve already felt from our Board of Directors, staff, members, and community as I continue to serve. My family has always been very supportive. Moving into my twenty-fourth year in the Chamber world has readied me for this role. Moving forward, with a great team, my focus will be on building upon our strengths while finding fresh opportunities for member and business growth. Our Chamber’s dedication to excellence and its impact on both business and community has always inspired me. I am committed to building on our existing relationships and empowering our business community. My door will always be open for your ideas, concerns, and feedback. I am looking forward to our journey ahead.”

As President & CEO, Wilke will oversee the Chamber’s strategic initiatives, membership engagement, economic development partnerships, advocacy efforts and community initiatives. She will work closely with the Board of Directors, staff, members and community partners to continue advancing the Chamber’s mission of strengthening business and enhancing the quality of life throughout Wilson County.

The Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce was chartered in September 1924 by a group of businessmen that wanted to form an organization that works for the betterment of their community. The mission of the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce is to coordinate the talents and energies of business, industry and individuals to make Wilson County a better place to live, work and raise a family.
