Vanilla Moose Coffee Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Vanilla Moose Coffee hosted a Ribbon Cutting on June 6 at their new retail location in Hamilton Station. The ceremony was conducted by the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce.

Vanilla Moose Coffee is a coffee trailer and café located in Lebanon.

“It’s always been a dream to run a coffee shop and create an inviting space,” stated Josh Luck, owner of Vanilla Moose Coffee.

While they specialize in serving specialty-grade, fresh roasted coffee; Vanilla Moose Coffee also has a tasty breakfast sandwich and lunch menu.

“I am passionate about the craft of coffee and experimenting to find the best way to present unique flavors,” Luck continued. “Coffee is incredibly complex, and a lot of shops don’t appreciate all you can do with it.”

Vanilla Moose Coffee initially opened in 2018 as a coffee trailer, followed by the opening of their café earlier this year.

“Through family, friends, and old classmates, I was able to get a foothold in the business world pretty quickly,” Luck said. “Without great people to rely on, it’s hard to maintain a successful business.”
