Women in the Lead was nothing short of empowering, with Stephanie Richardson sharing her wisdom. Her keynote shed light on the importance of aligning our thoughts with our beliefs. Another key takeaway — know your worth. Stephanie passionately discussed how undervaluing ourselves can limit our potential. Instead, she urged us to embrace our imperfections and recognize the unique value we bring to the table. The event sparked discussion among guests, highlighting the shared experiences and challenged faced by women.

Provision Health Solutions hosted a Ribbon Cutting on May 2. The ceremony was conducted by the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce.
Provision Health Solutions is an in-home, non-medical care provider. Non-medical, in-home care services are designed to support individuals who need help with daily activities: bathing, dressing, cooking, cleaning, and transportation.
The goal of non-medical in-home care is to help individuals maintain their independence and live comfortably at home, for as long as possible. “Our biggest reward is seeing our clients not only maintain their health, but optimize their health through our services and remaining or regaining their independence,” stated Shan Ojehomon, Executive Director of Provision Health Solutions.”

Today, local broadband & utilities providers joined Mayor Hutto for the 2nd event in the 3-part series.
The panel consisted of representatives from DTC Communications (DeKalb Telecommunications Company), Middle Tennessee Electric, United Communications, West Wilson Utility District, Wilson County Water and Wastewater Authority, LaGuardo Utility District and the Gladeville Utility District.
We had the pleasure of visiting Gibbs Pharmacy and touring their facility! Gibbs Pharmacy is owned and operated by Jim Gibbs & Christi Orman. Together, they have transformed Gibbs Pharmacy and Compounding Center into a hub of cutting-edge technology and personalized care, blending small-town charm with “Big City” innovation. On our tour, we had the opportunity to see the pharmacy’s compounding center. Compounding combines old, proven remedies with modern science, allowing pharmacists to customize medications tailored to meet the patient’s unique needs. Gibbs Pharmacy will be celebrating 35 years this Saturday, May 4, with a Customer Appreciation Day!

The party continues! Today, we continued celebrating our 100th Anniversary with another stop on our quest to visiting 100 members. We had the honor of stopping by Sherry’s Hope. This incredible non profit tirelessly serves our neighbors battling cancer by providing support, resources and hope year-round. Sherry’s Hope is dedicated to sharing the hope of Christ, protecting the health of our community, and supporting those who are fighting cancer.
They even let us poke our heads in the green bow vault! Sherry’s Hope is known for its green bows, symbolizing hope — that our community fights with those who are fighting cancer!

We journeyed through time at the Chamber’s 100-Year Mixer, as both board rooms were brimmed with a century’s worth of history and cherished memorabilia. This was such a special occasion where members, Past Presidents, Board Members, and retired staff came together to celebrate a century of growth & prosperity.
Walking through both levels of the Chamber, guests were transported back in time, reliving moments that shaped our Chamber and our community. From vintage photographs, the very first meeting minutes in 1924, to years of artifacts that tell our story, each item represented the legacy of the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce.
Thank you to everyone who has played a vital role in the Chamber’s success. We wouldn’t have made it to 100 Years without you.

The Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce hosted City of Lebanon, TN – Government Mayor Rick Bell, on April 18, for the State of the City Address at Capitol Theatre. From the future developments of restaurants to the quality of life supported by our local hospitals & first responders, Mayor Bell painted a picture of a thriving city. With a recently lowered crime rate & positive growth as a top priority, it is evident that our city is headed in a great direction.
Mayor Bell extended his gratitude to our local business owners for their unwavering support of our economy. Their dedication underscores the importance of of nurturing our local businesses, which are the backbone of our community.
Bell told an anecdote about Earl Majors, a Castle Heights graduate, paired with a baseball from the City Museum, signed by Majors. Majors signed the baseball in 1965 after scoring the first homerun on our current field. What does a baseball have to do with the current state of the city? Mayor Bell discussed exciting plans to meet with City Council regarding a phase II of the sports complex, highlighting the need for expansion. With only one field currently serving 190 baseball/softball teams, the approval of a second phase is not only a want but a necessity.

We had a magical evening at the 17th Annual Imagination Dinner held last night at the Farm Bureau Exposition Center. Thank you to everyone who joined us in making a difference for children in our community by supporting our cause. Your contributions will go a long way by providing the gift of free books to children from birth until 5 years old.
We loved seeing the creativity unfold as guests selected their group theme, decorated their tables and dressed accordingly. Themes ranged from the Magic School Bus to One Hunrded and One Dalmations.
Each group selected one person to be their “Wacky Waiter” for the evening. Their antics and dedication earned tips for everything, from silverware to drink refills, all in the spirit of fundraising & fun. This year, we added an extra layer of fun to the Wacky Waiter format: a competition where the waiter with the most tips was awarded a trophy. It is easy to spot the winner in these pictures!
The evening would not have been complete without our live & silent autions. Thank you to everyone who contributed, placed bids and helped make the auctions a success. Some of our featured auction items were a 4 Night Stay to Runaway on 30A donated by Kenny Sallis & Kellie Sallis, delicious cheesecake made by Judge Barry Tatum, and Dinner for 6 from Wildberry Cafe & Catering.
